The apartment is located in the principal tower of the landmark Illa del Llum on the frontline of the sea in Barcelona's exclusive Diagonal Mar area. The apartment has incredible views onto the sea, down onto the beaches and over the fantastic cityscape of Barcelona. At night the view is even more spectacular. Every room in the apartment has sea views. There is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and floor-to-ceiling glass windows opening onto a large terrace, which surrounds the whole apartment. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There are four beautiful bedrooms in this luxury apartment. The first of them is a master bedroom with a double bed, the second has a double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds each. There are two bathrooms, both with colour therapy. One of them is very spacious with a toilet, a shower and a bathtub. The other one is somewhat smaller with a shower and a toilet. The residence is undoubtly one of the best in Barcelona and has a communal area with a swimming pool, changing rooms, and a paddle tennis court. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay the reservation deposit of 20% via credit card plus 30% via bank transfer (50% in total) in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.
