Description
Built in 1970s and recently totally renovated, this house combines the Mediterranean charm of the 70s and modern facilities. Sitting atop a hill in Begur' s seaside between Sa Tuna and Aiguablava and surrounded by a pine forest, the property enjoys stunning sea views and promises you a serene holiday. It enjoys various indoor and outdoor chill-out spaces permitting a big group to split and enjoy privacy.
The villa consists of the main house and an apartment. The total floor area is around 450 m2, the plot is about 2000 m2. The house is built on various levels, please, note that there are a lot of stairs. The house sleeps 10 adults and 4 children.
Main house
This part of the villa houses 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. it sleeps 8 adults and 3 children. There is a double-spaced living room with charming views over the sea, a sitting area and a fireplace. Further on, there is a totally equipped kitchen with a central island for cooking and breakfast, an oven, a a fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware. Right below the kitchen, there is a dining area.

Bedroom 5: triple room for children, bathroom.
Apartment
Further on, ideal for staff members or for travellers looking for more private space, there is an additional apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One is a room for adults while the other one can be used by children as it has bunk beds. It enjoys a living room with a dining area and a kitchen.

Outdoors
Outside, the Begur luxury villa enjoys a private swimming pool, al-fresco dining area with a BBQ, the main terrace with a sitting overlooking the horizon.

Changeover day in high season is Sunday, minimum stay is 7 nights in summer except for August when minimum stays is 14 nights.
Changeover day for the rest of the year is flexible whenever possible, minimum stay is 7 nights.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 40%. The balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival. The damage deposit is due no later than 4 days before arrival. Payments done with a credit card incur a surcharge of 1% as bank fees.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 90 days before arrival, 10% of the rent plus a fixed fee of 1200 EUR will be retained.
In case of cancellation between 60 and 90 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation between 30 and 60 days before arrival, 60% of the rent will be retained.
In case of cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival, 85% of the rent will be retained.
In case of cancellation 15 days before arrival or less or in case of a no-show or early departure, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
