Description
This house sits right above the sea close to Canyelles beach. There are stairs coming down the rocks to the sea. The villa enjoys stunning sea views nd proximity to the sandy beach of Canyelles. Moreover, it is within a short drive from Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar towns. Both features several shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment facilities. The villa rental Costa Brava enjoys 700 m2 plot with several lounge spaces, terraces and manicured gardens. The house has 2 floors.

There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 guest WCs in total. Two of the bedrooms enjoys en-suite bathrooms. While the other 3 share 2 bathrooms. All the rooms have double beds. One of the suite benefits from a private lounge area. There is an additional double bedroom with a bathroom that can be opened upon request (NOT included in the rent).
Living areas
Further on, the common areas include a living-dining room and a kitchen. The living room consists of two spaces. The sitting area and the dining area that is one step up. The sitting area boasts fireplace. The dining area opens on the sea view terrace with al-fresco dining. At the end, there is a totally equipped kitchen. There is a window between them. The kitchen enjoys a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, kitchenware, tableware and many other electric appliances. The floor of the living areas comes with a WC.
Moreover, the villa boasts a private spa area with an interior heated swimming pool of 9 x 4 m with a Jacuzzi and a sauna. This floor has one more full bathroom. The level of the outdoor pool houses a guest WC.

Interior pool is at room temperature, pool eating our of season is 150 EUR per day.
