Luxury Holiday Rentals Barcelona : This wonderful apartment is located in a private residence on one of the most beautiful streets in the heart of the city, Eixample neighbourhood, on the famous Paseo de Gracia Avenue. This street offers plenty of unique architecture and modern art pieces, exclusive shops and great restaurants. There are two complete bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a LCD TV in the bedroom. The other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. There is double sofa in the living room that can be used as a sleeping place for two people (1,60 m). There is another LCD TV in the living room (Satellite 42 inch). You will also be able to listen to your favourite music with the Hi-Fi system or watch a DVD. In the bathroom you have a shower with tempered glass and a toilet. There is a haridryer. The apartment has internet access (WiFi), air conditioning, eco heating by solar panels. There is a sound insulation system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, dual-function oven (conventional microwave) and a coffee machine. You will also find a complete set of cutlery and kitchenware. Also the residence has an elevator. There is a public parking right in front of the building. The property can be slightly different from the pictures as there are several units on rent in the building.

The apartment is located in Eixample area, in the heart of the city. It is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful neighbourhood to wander round, enjoy wonderful architecture masterpieces of Gaudi and people-watch from one of the many cafe and restaurant terraces. Paseo de Gracia, the main street of this area, is located just 2 minutes walking from the apartment. This is the most emblematic street of Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road there are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo of Antonio Gaudi. Rambla de Catalunya is a another important street in the area and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and cafe terraces. It can be seen as an extension of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.In case of staying for less than 3 nights an additional fee of 30 EUR + VAT for the use of the kitchen shall be charged.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
