The villa itself comprises of the main house and an annex. The first one has four en-suite bedrooms and can be accessed from the garden, living room and a totally equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms enjoys 56 m2 and a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds upon request. The room has a mini-fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and a citrus squeezer. Also, it features AC and heating, WIFI and local TV. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. The other bedrooms have queen-size beds, heating and ceiling fans. Two of them cover 45 m2 and enjoy private terraces. A bathroom of one of them has a bathtub and a shower. The other bathrooms have showers. One of these bedrooms benefit from a mini-fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and a citrus squeezer. The fifth bedroom is located on the upper floor of the annex. It covers 70 m2 and features a queen-size bed, a private terrace, a kitchen, a fireplace, heating and AC, WIFI and local TV channels. The lower floor of the annex is occupied by the caretakers living permanently on the premises. The living room has a sitting area. There is a separate dining room. Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Catalonia from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Miscellaneous: There is a couple of live-in staff in the villa that can arrange for breakfast upon request when enquired in advance (fee-based).

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
