Covering 320 m2, the villa sleeps ten people. There are two floors. The lower floor houses a bedroom with a bathroom and access to the garden. The upper floor houses further four bedrooms, all come with en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms have AC. The common areas include a living room boasting floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the terrace and the garden anda a dining area; and a kitchen. The latter one is totally equipped and enjoys a gas stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a fridge freezer, pots and pans, tableware. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a lounge area and a private swimming pool with loungers. There is a Jacuzzi on the rooftop.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
