Being a perfect marriage of the modern design and comfort and centuries-old traditions, this impeccable three-stored villa consits of three units, Master one, Tower one and the Guest one, and houses 12 people in 6 bedrooms. The Master Unit comprises a big living room (140 sq.m) with a dining area for 10 people with gorgeous seaview and various relaxation spaces furnished with high-quality leather sofas and marble fireplace. There is a totally-equipped high-end kitchen (35 sq.m). Here you will definetely feel that you are in Italy that cares so much about the food. The kitchen id equipped with various hobs, 2 ovens, 2 big fridges with ice-maker, 2 dishwashers, wine cellar, coffee maker, pizza oven and all the cutlery that you might need for a great dinner. The Master Unit has the main suite (90 sq.m) with a king-size bed and a marble bathroom equipped with a rainforest shower system and a jacuzzi. The bedroom has a walk-in close. On the upper floor of the same unit you have two more ensuite bedrooms with rainforest shower system bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a library, dining area for 10 people, TV room with a plasma and gym with a bathroom with the rainforest shower system. A laundry room is situated next to it. There you will find three washing machines, iron and an ironing board and an additional fridge. There is one more bedroom with a bathroom nearby. There is also a guest bathroom. The Tower Unit offers a marvellous 270-degree panoramic sea-and-mountains view. There is a king-size round bed and a walk-in closet. The bedroom is connected with a bathroom equipped with rainforest shower. The Guest house is designed in a Sardinian shepherd style. There are two bedrooms twin beds with ensuite shower bathrooms. There are plasma TVs and Internet. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The outside area comprises a Mediterrenean garden, several lounge areas perfect for sunbathing and furnished with sofas, loungers and umbrellas, a huge 25-sq.m heated swimming pool, a BBQ area (115 sq.m) and a spacious terrace. There is a parking space suitable for 5 cars.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
