Located in the Chianti hills, this Tuscany luxury villa can host up to 16 people in its 8 en-suite bedrooms. The property comprises of 2 separate buildings connected with a glass corridor. They are the tower and the barn. Recently refurbished and benefiting form sleek interiors, it offers a perfect place to spend your holidays surrounded by vineyards and green nature. All the bedrooms enjoy AC.
The Tower
On the main floor, you will find two living rooms, a dining room and a powder room.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (pushed as a queen, upon request), en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, you have 3 en suite bedrooms.
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, fireplace, bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (pushed as a queen, upon request), en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4: queen-size bed, bathroom with a shower, adjoining living room ideal for reading.
Further on, the master bedroom sits on the second floor.
Bedroom 5: queen-size bed, separate dressing room, bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The Barn
This building enjoys 2 floors. The main floor houses a kitchen. It features 2 ovens, a microwave oven, a double fridge, a wine fridge, 8 burner induction stove, a double sink, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware. Further on, there is a dining area with a seating for 16 -18 people. Finally, there are a laundry room and a powder room.
The first floor houses 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 6: queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 7: queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom.
The guest house
This building sits by the pool. There is a living room with dining area and a kitchenette, and a bedroom.
Bedroom 8: double bed, bathroom with a shower.
Outdoors
The house features a huge garden with a private swimming pool (5 x 14 x 1,4 m) with a Jacuzzi right by. The sunbathing area has loungers. Further on, there is a pergola covered al-fresco dining area and several chill-out areas.

In case of cancellation more than 2 (two) months before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
