Recently renovated, the place sleeps two guests and benefits from AC. There is one bedroom outfitted with a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, one bathroom with a shower, a living room, a dining area for two and a kitchen. The latter one features a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, kitchenware and tableware. The outside facilities include a private pool with a lounge area and an al-fresco dining. The villa is situated on a big plot shared with another house, but enjoys total privacy.

Weekly Cleaning: Every four days housekeeping of 1,5 h and weekly linen and towels change is included.

Outside spaces are cleaned daily. 

Bedlinen & Towels: Bathrobes are provided for stays of one week and more.

Final Cleaning: Is to be done upon your departure.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday, flexible out of high season.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit shall be brought in cash and will be refunded to you by bank within one week after your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
