This wonderful historic property is a part of a bigger estate housing an organic farm. Benefiting from proximity to Siena, the house is perfect for Tuscany exploration and wine tourism. It features a wellness - spa area with a sauna, a gym, a private swimming pool and a tennis court. Ideal both for private events, weddings and vacation, the rental sleep 16. Ground floor
This level comes with a spacious entrance with a stone fireplace. Further on, there is a small lounge area with sofas and a marble fireplace, dining room with a table for 16. The kitchen features a breakfast table, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher,
American-style double fridge, kitchenware and tableware. The same very floor hosts a guest bathroom.
First Floor
This level comes with a spacious living-room with sofas and a small lounge
with fireplace and a TV. Then, there are 3 spacious double bedrooms. All have en-suite

Miscellaneous: Minimum stay for wedding is 5 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season.

Check in/out policy
Check-in after 15:00 - 19:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday.
All other periods are flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid no later than 2 months before arrival.
The Security deposit (2500 EUR per rental week) shall be paid in cash at arrival. It will be returned to you shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 2 (two) months before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 2 (two) moths before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
