Atop of a hill, with magnificent Val d´ Orcia views, this luxury Tuscany villa rental enjoys a 3 acres garden with a private swimming pool. Siena sits around 1 h drive away, while Florence can be reached in less than 2 hours. The house is distributed on 2 floors and features 8 bedrooms. The whole house enjoys underfloor heating, all the bedrooms have AC.

Ground floor
This level houses an entrance opening on the outdoor living and dining areas and a landing leading upstairs. Further on, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer and a totally equipped kitchen. It has a table for 12 and all the facilities one might need for a vacation. The room opens on a dining room with a built-in buffet.
Also, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a seating for 16 people. The entertainment facilities include a TV with satellite channels, a DVD/CD player, books, WIFI. The room opens on the al-fresco dining. Finally, there is a guest WC.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with an open shower stall.
Bedroom 2: twin beds (can be pushed together), walk-in shower, al-fresco lounge area, external access.

First floor
Further sleeping facilities sit upstairs. There are 6 bedrooms.

Bedroom 4. This is a loft on 2 levels. Its lower floor houses a sitting room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, multimedia device, while the upper floor has a double bed and twins on rollers that can be pushed together. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is ideal for a couple with children or for children.
Bedroom 5: king-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a tub with a shower faucet.
Bedroom 6: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a small tub with a shower faucet.
Bedroom 7: twin beds, en-suite bathroom with a tub and a shower faucet.

Outdoors
The property enjoys a spacious garden with a lawn ideal for outdoor activities. There is a solar-heated salt-water swimming pool of 20 x 4 m with a jet. The pool can arrive at 28-30 C (82-86 F) in summer and 24-26C (75-79 F) in mid season depending on the weather. There is an additional boiler that can increase the temperature more, upon request. Right by the pool, there is a solar-heated Jacuzzi.
Further on, there is a terrace with a vegetable garden and an outdoor pergola-covered chill-out. The guests can pick up the vegetables in the garden. The house enjoys a sheltered dining area with a brick oven and fireplace/grill, a parking area and a spacious laundry area with a washing machine. The al-fresco dining area is paved with stones from Piazza di Arezzo.
