Built in 1903, this lovely Costa Brava vacation villa has conserved the charm of those years and promises you a serene holiday in Catalonia. Providing magnificent views over the region and its fields, the picturesque Montgri and its castle, perfect for a small family, this holiday home caters up to five people. Distinguished by its peculiar design boasting unique interior pieces, it comprises a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms that sleep four, two bathrooms and a TV room with a sliding door that can be converted into a sleeping space for a child. The living room is located downstairs and benefits from big windows opening on the garden and ceiling windows that let a lot of light in. Attached to the kitchen, there is a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher, various utensils, kitchenware and tableware pieces. Laundry facilities include a washing machine. The ground floor houses a guest toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area is set. One of the bedrooms is outfitted with two single beds and has a mezzanine with a single bed. Its bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower faucet. The other bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, its bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The luxury house is surrounded by a manicured garden with two furnished lounge areas, one of them enjoys BBQ. There is is a private pool of 5 x 6 m.

We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. If you expect it to be absolutely rural and not developed, full of farms and far from the civilization then you are completely wrong, because this part of Spain is to keep your eyes wide open and your mouth agape with all you can find here. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any time.

Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water and electricity are included.Heating is not included and will be detained from the security deposit. Shall the expenses exceed the security deposit amount, you shall pay the difference in cash upon departure.
Final Cleaning: Is to be done upon your departure.

Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. 6 weeks before arrival you shall pay the rest together with the Security Deposit. The Security deposit is to be refunded after departure, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
