Located in a small village of the rural Catalonia this townhouse vacation rental enjoys quietness of the countryside and all the modern facilities one might need for a comfortable stay. The holiday home comprises two buildings, the main house and a summer kitchen with an adjacent terrace. The main house is distributed over three floors. The ground floor houses four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sitting area with a ceiling window. The first bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a TV and a private bathroom with a bathtub, a bidet and a wc. The second bedroom will be a great place for children as there is a bunk bed, while the third one is a good solution for a couple with a child. It has a queen-size bed and a single one. The bedroom enjoys a bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is located by the entrance and has a king-size bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. Further sleeping facilities and the common areas are situated on the first floor. Among them, there is a living room with a fireplace, a smart TV and a stereo system, a kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a coffee maker and various utensils and appliances. The same floor has a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Upstairs, there is a chillout with various sitting areas, a babyfoot and a balcony (partially covered). The summer kitchen with a summer dining area and the pool are located in a fenced plot across the street. There is a BBQ, an oven, a microwave, a hood, a hob, a fridge and a dishwasher. Ullastret is located in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. If you expect it to be absolutely rural and not developed, full of farms and far from the civilization then you are completely wrong, because this part of Spain is to keep your eyes wide open and your mouth agape with all you can find here. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but couldn´t find any time.

Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Check-in after 21:00 implies an additional cost of 30€ (VAT included)

Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Only cancellations done in written by email are considered to be valid. A change of dates is considered to be a new booking. In this case standard cancellation policy enters into force. In case of cancellation the first part of the reservation deposit (15%) is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than 30 days but more than 8 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival or less, 100% of the rent shall be paid.
