The property comprises of the main house and an independent apartment. The main house sleeps up to 10 people. There are five bedrooms, all provided with the finest Egyptian cotton linen, three of them are fitted with king-size beds, the other two enjoy two single beds each; two single beds can be added upon request. All the king-size bedrooms have dressing and sitting areas, private marble bathrooms with large walk-in rain & rail showers and separate double-ended bathtubs. The twin bedrooms feature ensuite marble bathrooms with rain & rail walk-in showers. The luxury villa has a spacious living room, a dining area and an ultra-modern totally-equipped kitchen. the entertainment facilities include an HD TV with satellite channels, a Blu-Ray/HD DVD with a movie library, a stereo system with an iPod dock, a home cinema surround system, games and Sony PlayStation, books library, table tennis, exercise bike and a cross-trainer. The independent apartment features two bedrooms and sleeps up to four people in a queen-size bed and a twin. The bedroom share a marble bathroom with a walk-in rain & rail shower. The apartment features a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a living room with a dining area. The property boasts an indoor spa area with a heated pool with hydra-jet water propulsion system, a sauna and a bar lounge. Outside, the luxury villa features a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a solarium area, several furnished terraces, a covered terrace for al-fresco dining and a BBQ.

Daily Cleaning: General daily cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms of 2 hours on the weekdays is included.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Weekly Cleaning: Change of bedlinen and towels is included.
Final Cleaning: Is to be done upon your departure.
Check in/out policy
Check-in between 17:00 and 20:00.
Check-out between 10:00 and 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 5% and 45%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance, divided into 5% and 45%, together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
