Daily Cleaning: Daily cleaning on the weekdaysis included.
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. Two (2) months before arrival you shall pay the balance together with the Security Deposit that will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival or less, 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
