Description
This private oasis has been designed for relaxation and your battery recharge. Atop of a hill, it enjoys stunning mountain views. The property is distributed over 3 levels. The parking space is on the top floor. The middle level houses the sitting room, the terrace, the pool are and the master suite. Further on, the lower floor is home to the remaining bedrooms. The villa sleeps 8 adults and 2 or 4 children (if small).

Bedroom 1: middle floor, master, double bed, bathroom with a shower, access to a uncovered terrace area with a jacuzzi, sun loungers in the covered area of the terrace.

Bedroom 4: lower floor, double bed, bathroom with a shower.

Living areas
The common areas sit on the middle floor. There is a minimalist Scandinavian-design living room made in sober colours. It features a comfortable sitting, a TV and a fireplace. The rooms opens on the patio filled with plants on one side and on the terrace on the other side.
Also, there is home gym with several gym equipment pieces. Finally, the same floor houses a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with top-notch electric appliances, pots, pans and kitchenware.
The lower floor enjoys a laundry area.
Outdoors
The house enjoys a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a covered lounge area with built-in sofas and a BBQ. There is an al-fresco dining area right by the kitchen. The parking takes 2 cars.

Check-out before 11:00.
Minimum stay is 7 nights, flexible whenever possible, please enquire for stays between 4 and 7 nights.
Early check-in (11:00 - 16:00) is 400 EUR + VAT (subject to availability).
Late check-out (11:00 - 15:00) is 400 EUR + VAT (subject to availability).
Late check-out after 15:00: extra night rate applies (subject to availability).
Check-in after 21:00 is 400 EUR + VAT (subject to availability).
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival along with the damage deposit.
