The fist thing you will see is a large sala designed as a comfortable and relaxing lounge area to take advantage of the views from such an exalted position. Next to it is a garden with pass to the highest placed pavilion. Large steps lead up to the bedroom suite that has incredible views from balconies: at the front a fantastic sea view over to Koh Matlang and blusterous mountain views at the back. The room features a modern furniture, including a desk and reading area, a separate dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with free standing terrazzo bathtub and walk-in shower. Downstairs there is an ample versatile open terrace area which is the perfect viewpoint. The main central pavilion is an open-plan room that houses the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable relaxing area, the dining area complete with a dining table with seating for 12 people and the luxurious lounge area with sofas, chairs and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Under the main living room there are three en-suite bedrooms which complete the central pavilion. All of of these rooms feature built-in wardrobes, flat screen TVs, fridges and safes, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and twin sinks. Each en-suite is fitted with twin beds and leads to the magnificent garden area. The central garden is separated from the pool with the pool terrace that has comfortable loungers and furniture where you can enjoy the sun. The infinity pool is breathtaking: it has unusual shape and seems that the edge invisibly merges with the sea. Next to it there is the pool sala with a bar, a large dining table and a full kitchen with grill. With so many private areas within the lushly landscaped grounds, such comfortable ambience among gardens and tropical plants, this is the perfect place to spend vacation in Koh Samui.

Chaweng is likely to be most popular town in Koh Samui. It is located on the east-coast of the island. The beach is around 4km long and it is beloved by sunbathing and party lovers. Everybody should visit the place as such a vibrant and pulsating nightlife you won't find anywhere else on the island. Undoubtedly, Chaweng beach is Koh Samui’s most renowned place. Chaweng boasts a number of well-appointed pubs, bars that hold regular parties, such as the Ark bar. Green Mango is the most famous club in the area and is full of guests every night. Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In Time is 3:00 pm and Check Out
time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon
availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure). An
additional fee may be applicable and will be advised at the time of
booking.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a non-refundable
reservation deposit of 10% of the total payment and cost three nights
stay, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability.
During the season of Christmas and New Year, 60% of the villa rental,
divided into 10% and 50%, has to be paid to confirm a booking. If the
booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole
amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is
applicable for all seasons.
Cancellation Policy
The first part of reservation deposit (10%) is non-refundable. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. Cancellations between 30 and 1 day prior to arrival and early departures are charged at 100%.
