Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 70% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 50%. Th remaining balance shall be paid minimum 21 day prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
The guests are required to send a detailed email with their reason for cancellation as soon as possible. In case of cancellation more than 21 day before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 21 day before arrival, 100% of the rent will be charged.
