Further sleeping facilities include two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one fitted with three bunk beds for children. All the bedrooms feature TV and DVD Blu-ray players. The luxury villa houses eight bathrooms and a guest toilet. Two of them are outfitted with bathtubs and showers, the other bathrooms have showers.The living-dining room boasts a home cinema, Apple TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the facilities that will make your stay absolutely carefree. There is a dishwasher, an oven, a six-burners hob, a microwave, a coffee.maker, a kettle, tableware and kitchenware. The Thai-style sala offers the guests an al-fresco dining area for 14 people, BBQ, fridge and an iPod dock station. Shall you need a business meeting, use the conference room that holds up to 30 people and enjoys a projector and a screen with Skype access, a DVD, speakers and an iPod dock. Fitness lovers will take advantages of the gym equipped with a treadmill, cross trainer, upright bike, free weights, adjustable bench, Bosu, stretching mat, round roller, and some other pieces. The underground parking hold 12 vehicles.

Airport Transfer: One roundtrip (pick-up and drop-off) of airport transportation is
included per villa. For additional one way transfer we charge USD$17
(should guests arrive at different times).
Bedlinen & Towels: Linen changed every 3 days.
Final Cleaning: Is to be done upon your departure.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
